At TREGERR, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, subject to eligibility, we offer an option for full/partial refund, exchange or discount coupon (redeemable in future purchases) to ensure your concerns are resolved.
Eligibility criteria
Before raising a refund request, please check if you meet any one of the following conditions:
- Product received is completely different from the product ordered.
- The order is cancelled before dispatch (100% refund).
- The order is cancelled after dispatch and before delivery (upto 75% refund).
- The product is damaged/defective and replacement/repair is not possible.
- The received package has missing items.
How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund, please mail us at support@tregerr.com or call/WhatsApp us on +91 9082789392 during business hours with your name, registered phone number, order number and dispute details with necessary proofs (picture/video) within a maximum of 2 days after delivery.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, you will receive the amount back to your original payment method used for the purchase within 7 working days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS. Please note that refunds will be settled at the sole discretion of Tregerr only.
